I created the concept of Handprints On My Heart™ after experiencing a series of nineteen deaths within a short period of time. Among those losses were many loved ones and pets. A turning point came when my successful commercial art career no longer satisfied my creative spirit. After a period of soul searching, I found my life’s purpose: to direct my skills and creative talents toward making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Robert Gordon:

One exceptional member of my team is my business and life partner of seventeen years, Robert Gordon. His diverse skills and business acumen complement mine. Robert’s experience includes managing all forms of media, from print to the web. He has been a media and marketing consultant for Coca-Cola, IBM, House of Seagram, etc.
Starting from concept, he built both print and video magazines. Working for the second largest publisher of consumer health, he conceptualized and built HealthScout.com, a CNN-type consumer news bureau syndicating health news to hundreds of commercial and noncommercial websites. He initiated and managed the acquisition of two health informatics companies, a multimillion dollar advertising sale, and the sale of an interest in HealthScout.com at a valuation of $160,000,000.
